Custom Order Terms and Conditions
No Repairs or Alterations
Made By Amber does not accept customer-supplied items for mending, repair, or alteration. All custom orders must be created from new materials sourced by Made By Amber.
Approval of Custom Requests
Submission of a custom order request does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any custom order at our discretion, including but not limited to design feasibility, material availability, or production capacity.
Order Details Required
When submitting a custom order request, please clearly specify the bag or product style you are interested in.
- If requesting a bag similar to an existing design, please reference the product name or include a description.
- If requesting a different style of bag or a hair accessory, please provide a detailed description so we can determine whether the item can be made.
Custom Fabric Requests
Custom orders involving fabric prints not currently offered by Made By Amber will incur a 5% price increase.
- These orders require a 2–3 week processing time to allow for fabric sourcing and production.
- Custom fabrics will be sourced from Spoonflower.com unless otherwise stated.
Existing Fabric Options
Custom orders using fabrics already offered by Made By Amber will not incur a price increase and will have a 1–2 week processing time to allow for production.
Payment Policy
All approved custom orders must be paid in full within seven (7) days of the invoice being sent, including shipping costs. Production will not begin until payment is received. Unpaid invoices after seven days may be canceled without notice.
Final Sale Policy
All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
Production Timeline Processing times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, fabric availability, or seasonal demand. Customers will be notified if delays occur.
