Wholesale Order Process & Terms

  • Approval Required
     All wholesale and bulk orders must be approved by Made By Amber. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

  • Invoice & Payment
     Once approved, a draft invoice will be created for customer review. After confirmation, the final invoice will be sent and must be paid in full within seven (7) business days. Production will not begin until payment is received. Unpaid invoices may be canceled without notice.

  • Production Timeline
     Wholesale and bulk orders require up to 30 business days for production, depending on order size and current order volume. This timeline does not include shipping time.

  • Shipping & Notification
     Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

  • Final Sale Policy
     All wholesale and bulk orders are final sale. Returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations are not permitted once production has begun.

  • Handmade Variations
     Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, pattern placement, or stitching may occur and are not considered defects.

  • Damages & Claims
     Any damage or shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for review. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

  • Resale Policy
     Wholesale items are intended for resale under the purchaser’s business. Made By Amber branding, labeling, and product designs may not be altered, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

  • Force Majeure
     Made By Amber is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to material shortages, shipping carrier delays, or acts of nature.
